Professor Paschalis Rugarabamu has decades of experience in health care and medical education in sub-Saharan Africa. Prof. Rugarabamu has been the Vice Chancellor at the Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences-Bugando (CUHAS) since 2014. He has been a long-standing partner to Touch and was a key collaborator for our previous Treat & Train program, which organized external clinical rotations for CUHAS students to strengthen the quality of health workforce training and patient care in low-resourced rural health facilities. Touch is honored to deepen our partnership with Professor Rugarabamu through his role as an Advisor.
